Compensable fatalities are accepted claims arising from a fatal occupational injury or disease. Data excludes workers not subject to Oregon Workers' Compensation. Compensable fatality data was published as a report from 1997-2004 and included findings in brief, methodology, tables, fatality descriptions and historical counts. As of 2004, compensable fatality data can be found in the Compensable Fatality Characteristics Tables and the Compensable Fatality Characteristics Brochure.
