Compensable fatalities are accepted claims arising from a fatal occupational injury or disease. Data excludes workers not subject to Oregon Workers' Compensation. As of 2004, the Compensable Fatality data is available in an easy to use brochure. Analysis includes event, occupation, industry and other claimant characteristics. Additional information is in the Compensable Fatality Characteristics Tables. Data previous to 2004 is in the Compensable Fatality Characteristics Booklet.
