Compensable fatalities are accepted claims arising from a fatal occupational injury or disease. Data excludes workers not subject to Oregon Workers' Compensation. As of 2004, compensable fatality data is available as tables of compensable fatality characteristics (age, tenure, industry, etc.). Additional information can be found in the Compensable Fatality Characteristics Brochure. Data previous to 2004 can be found in the Compensable Fatality Characteristics Booklet.
