The December 2010 Report on the Workers' Compensation System was the tenth in a series that describes Oregon's workers' compensation system and shows the effects of legislative changes since 1987. Until recent years, when updates were published for special sessions of the Legislature, this was a biennial report. In accordance with the passage of Measure 71 November 2, 2010, the Legislature will now meet annually, and this report will be published to correspond with the sessions.
