HB 3669 / NURSE PRACTITIONER STUDY (MEDRA013)
In 2005 the department began a study to measure the effects of HB 3669. The bill expanded the authority of nurse practitioners to provide compensable medical service and required the Department of Consumer and Business Services to report on the bill's impact prior to its' sunsetting on January 1, 2008.
