The purpose of this study is to show the effect of changes in the pharmacy fee schedule on system costs. Linear regression analysis is employed to estimate the impact of 2004 fee schedule changes on total pharmacy costs as well as to provide a framework for forecasting cost savings from proposed fee schedule changes.
