The Occupational Injury/Illness Survey Tables & Appendices replaced the annual publication beginning in calendar year 2000. The tables contain incidence rates based on the annual Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) survey which collects data from a scientifically selected sample of employer establishments across the state. The appendices describe how the data are gathered and compiled.
